By accessing or using LogStream's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

LogStream provides a cloud-based log management, analysis, and monitoring platform. Our service includes log collection, storage, search, visualization, alerting, and AI-powered anomaly detection.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Transmit malicious code or interfere with the service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Data Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the log data you submit to our service. We do not claim any ownership over your data. We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our services.

7. Service Level Agreement

For paid plans, we provide a 99.9% uptime SLA. If we fail to meet this commitment, you may be eligible for service credits as described in our SLA documentation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LogStream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and we will delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
